Dang girl! You guys got a ton of snow but glad to hear you're safe and getting to work from home today! I'm totally jealous since it's 38 right now here and I have to go stand outside and wait for the train and I don't own a winter coat! <3, Pamela Sequins & Sea Breezes
ReplyDeleteSo glad you guys weathered the storm safely. That food looks DELICIOUS! Yum. Whipped cream in hot chocolate is so good...I feel like I need to run to the store for a can to make some myself! Happy Monday!

ReplyDeleteYou were way more productive than me and we didn't even get that much snow... I snuggled with my fur babies almost all weekend because it was just too cold to go outside!
ReplyDeleteWhat a productive weekend! I am amazed at how well they are clearing the snow after last week's debacle.
ReplyDeletei LOVE our snow blower! actually my husband loves it since he's the one who uses it and he'll do the drive way and half the street because he loves it so much LOL.

Girrrrl I wouldn't know WHAT to do with that much snow. That would shut us down for days down here in Georgia. Lol.
ReplyDeleteAnd that Julia Childs dish that you made... OMG. It made my mouth water when I saw the picture!
Enjoy your day at home today! I wish I could say the same to myself! :o)
I can't get over all of that snow!! Atlanta wouldn't even know how to handle it. Atleast you had lots of yummy food!
ReplyDeleteLook at that winter wonderland! Glad it gave you the opportunity to relax and work from home today. Your beef bourguignon looks amazing! So perfect for the cold weather.
ReplyDeleteI'm still just in awe of all the crazy snow y'all got this weekend, but it looks like you definitely took advantage of having some time in. Your Julia Childs recipe looks so delicious, and I'm glad that it was totally worth the wait to make it!
ReplyDeleteCrazy the amount of snow everyone got! So dumb question my husband and I had...so do you have to continually shovel snow so you don't get trapped in your house? Which seems like a totally naive question to ask...but hey, I'll put it out there, for those that have never lived in snow.
ReplyDeletebahahahaha #bothwhippedcreambottlesaregone love it!! and your snow shoveling outfit is legit fabulous, you fashion blogger you ;)
ReplyDeleteSo much snow!! All of your food looks amazing...especially that hot chocolate! Its awesome that you were able to work from home. I hope you have a great week!
ReplyDeleteI love by the numbers post! Whew! Seeing all that snow is crazy to me. Since we moved to Hawaii, it's been nearly 5 years since I've seen a snowfall. My parents got over 30 inches over the weekend and when they showed me on FaceTime, I could hardly believe it! Glad you stayed warm and safe :)
ReplyDeleteI want those pancakes & the hot cocoa with whipped cream! Way to rock the Julia Childs recipe!
ReplyDeleteI love this!! Numbers are so fun. And you got a lot of snow! I bet shovelling all of that was quite the job!
ReplyDeleteAwwwww... oh my goodness... could your Dad be any stinking cuter?! :D
ReplyDeleteEven with y'all snowed in you were still BUSY girlfriend! Glad that y'all are safe though & woo hoo for working from home today! Those are always good days!
ReplyDeleteGlad you survived Snowmaggedeon!! Love the pictures! And isn't it the best to just sit down and clear out your inbox? I love to do that on Fridays and go into the weekend with a clean slate!
ReplyDeleteSo much snow! We got about 27 inches here so we were snowed in all weekend too! Definitely did a lot of cooking and eating, and zero cleaning! :)
ReplyDeleteDang girl! I can't believe how much snow you all got. I've been texting with Rissy and she was snowed in for like 3-4 days too. Glad you had such a productive snow in though! Lol And hope ya'll are safe now - I heard some of the roads were still kind of bad.
ReplyDeleteSo. Much. Snow. I can't believe it materialized!! I love that your dad was helping the neighbors. What a good pops!! I'm so glad you survived and were safe!! I can't imagine that kind of snow!
