Do you have any tattoos? Yes, one. It's in a secret place and I've shared the picture *here*. Most people are incredibly surprised when they learn I have a tattoo and that's one of the reasons I have it where I do on my body. I might get a sister tattoo sometime in the near future and I'm excited to plan that on with the sissys.
Where do you see yourself in three years? Hopefully in a new home and hopefully with a lil wee one or a one year old **EEEK**! Being a mommy scares the poop out of me, but I think in three years I'll be good. I'll probably be still working and hope it's at a job I enjoy.
What is your favorite cereal? Oh goodness, all the bad cereals. Gimme the Lucky Charms, Frosted Flakes, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Reese's Peanut Butter Puffs and of course Cocoa Pepples.
What would you do today if you knew you couldn't fail? Drop everything and start working for free at a television station. Or I'd go to culinary school and open my own brunch restaurant. I love food and would love to learn more about create delicious dishes and running a restaurant.
If you had to live in a decade other than the current one, which would you choose? Hands down the 40s. Oh my goodness the fashion back then was so gorgeous and I loved the Greatest Generation. I definitely feel I missed my calling because I love anything vintage and those gorgeous 1940s dresses.
Favorite social media platform? Blogger! Blogger! Blogger! I don't have instagram so I use Blogger to get a peek into your lives. I do use Facebook as well, but prefer blogs to newsfeeds.
If you won the lottery what's the first thing you'd buy? My parent's home or I'd pay off all the student loans my family owes. If I had to buy an actual THING for me then it would probably be a ticket for a cruise around the world on the most luxurious ocean liner. Or a trip to eat my way through Italy.
Five products that you wear/use daily? Artistry Youth Extend Skincare System, Artistry Eye Cream, Artistry Youth Extend Serum, Maybelline BB Cream, Chapstick
What is one great piece of advice you have? Happiness is a choice not a destination. You can choose to be happy in your darkest moment or choose to be upset at your best moment. When in doubt choose JOY!
Favorite song of the moment? Taylor Swift's Bad Blood. I know it's not the best lyrically, but man is it catchy for summer time jam sessions. I've had it on repeat for awhile, so good!

ReplyDeleteLove learning new things about my fav bloggers. The tattoo one was news to me...and that you'd love to own a restaurant!
ReplyDeleteGreat questions that you answered! Oh, how I'd love to get rid of those student loans. Then I could stay home with my baby full time! The 1940s sound amazing, but only if I can take AC with me. I've always been fascinated by that decade. The history buff in me thrives on all the changes that happened then.
ReplyDeleteI love this post!!! Happiness is deff a key :)
ReplyDeleteOh I love this...hmmm...I really want to know where that tattoo is, haha! So cool that it's something for just you and that no one really knows where it is. Yes to the cruise around the world on an ocean liner! Good choice! Oh and the happiness is a choice not a destination, so true! Going to have to jot that one down.
ReplyDeleteI love when people you don't think has a tattoo secretly does :)
ReplyDeleteI love that advice you were given, so true! Happiness is most definitely a choice. :)
ReplyDeleteThat is such great advice, and I try to remember it often too. Everyone can choose their perspective, if not their circumstances.
ReplyDeleteSuch a fun post girl! I should start saving my question emails and put together one like this. Yes to sugary cereals all day every day ;)

ReplyDeleteSign me up for the first brunch you serve and I'm there. And I'll be more than happy to eat your way through Italy bahah. And for tomorrow, "On Wednesdays, we wear pink!" ;)
ReplyDeleteI just love these. Learning more about you is always fun!! I am not so secretly obsessed with Bad Blood too - what is it about T. Swift that makes you ALWAYS have one of her songs stuck in your head?
ReplyDeleteGetting pregnant and being a mom scares the crap out of me too! lol
ReplyDeleteI have a tattoo too and want another one on my wrist :) I love the idea you have for a sister tattoo. I hope you girls do that! Sugary cereals are the way to go if you are going to have some, ya know? Love these posts, I always learn so much!
ReplyDeleteI agree, happiness is tied to personal attitude. Your tattoo is really cute. I plan on extending my tattoo of a lily and have a violet as well as the Calvin-cycle added as well.. Still saving for it :-)
ReplyDeleteI think being a mother is one of those things that you never totally prepare for anyway. A lot of new moms are probably more scared than they admit.
ReplyDeleteI would come to your brunch spot! :) And girl, I am right there with you on the baby thing. I definitely want kids but actually having a baby somewhat terrifies me!
ReplyDeleteWhat I wouldn't give to get rid of student loans!! And having a brunch spot sounds so fun!
ReplyDeleteI can't wait to see you as a mommy! When the time comes you will be ready and you will rock it!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE bad cereals, but recently I have been addicted to Special K Red Berries--it's so good and I feel somewhat healthier eating it over lucky charms! haha
ReplyDeleteGreat advice!
Love this! Being a mom scares me SO much but I know I want that title one day, too! :)
ReplyDeleteLove ALL those cereals except the Reese's.. havent tried that one. I could totally see you in culinary school and then I'd have to visit to try your amazing food :)
ReplyDeleteI love Bad Blood (and bad cereals :))! My fiance loves cooking and his dream is to run a restaurant or food truck together one day so I'd definitely do that too if I couldn't fail!
ReplyDeleteYou will be a great mom!! Having a kid still scares the poop out of me in some aspects, but once you realize you don't have a choice you just embrace it. I'm still like "Oh shit, how do I keep this thing alive", but all you can do is do your best! I could see you working at a tv station!
