ReplyDeleteI'm slowly but surely getting more and more steps in every day. It's TOUGH at a desk job. Stretching is a good idea though, even if I can't take a walk/get away. I desperately need to get back at meal planning to- we've been a mess lately. Any favorite, healthy recipes you can pass my way? :)
