What are some of your pet peeves?!?
I still have yet to get a thank you for a gift from a wedding a year ago!! Oh and my biggest pet peeve - going to a wedding and not even bringing a card....let alone a gift!!
ReplyDeletePeople at my job never clear the microwave - drives me bonkers LOL!
Slurps and gulping while eating is definitely one of my big ones!
ReplyDeleteI used to work with a constant complainer...so annoying!!!
ReplyDeleteIs it bad that I'm totally laughing at some of these!! I can relate through my own pet peeve's, or through Eric's!
ReplyDeleteI never realized how annoying it is when someone doesn't clear the microwave, but now that you say it, that drives me crazy as well! I ALWAYS clear it!
Eric literally wears ear plugs to the movies or else he goes crazy with everyone's chomping and slurping, HA!
Ahhh!! Yes to all of these!!! And I laughed out loud at the baby picture in the beginning. So perfect!! So many of my friends are the complainers that do nothing to change the situation. Drives me nuts!! I can't keep giving you advice on the same exact situation if you never decide to take it! LOL
ReplyDeleteMy boyfriend is always late and it is so frustrating! I get so annoyed with him when I'm waiting around!
ReplyDeleteGreat list agreed with so much of it!
haha I didn't even think about it, but the microwave one is so true!
ReplyDeleteBeing late drives me batty. I go crazy when my staff is late. I don't ask for much from them but being on time is one of them. Being late for anything is unacceptable to me. I think it's very disrespectful.
ReplyDeleteYes to all of these! I'm cringing thinking about them now!
ReplyDeletethe microwave drives me bonkers. JUST PRESS CLEAR.
ReplyDeleteUGHHH, I can't stand eating noises! It makes me twitchy!
ReplyDeleteOMG seriously to the lack of thank you notes and not closing locker doors! Ooh those urk me!
ReplyDeleteLove your post! My mother always taught me growing up to always write a thank you note. Still do to this day!
ReplyDeleteArrrgh the microwave button! My coworkers used to do that to me on purpose.
ReplyDeleteI think I'm a slurper. My dad actually called me out once when I was a teenager and now I'm super self-conscious about it, but can't stop.
DISHES!!! LATENESS/WAITING! OBNOXIOUS GUM CHEWING! NEEDINESS! ALL /RAGE!!!
Dirty dishes, UGH. People at work leave their dishes in the sink and it drives me mad.
ReplyDeleteOh the personal space one! I get anxious when I have to go to the supermarket on a weekend because of this, let alone bars!
ReplyDeleteHaha OMG all of these! Yes to the personal space, micromanaging, constant complainers... ugh. All super annoyances. And the microwave button. Just hit CANCEL!!!!
ReplyDeleteI am guilty of the dishes haha! But can't stand smackers and eating noises!
ReplyDeleteI never clear my microwave numbers. :)
ReplyDeleteI'm with you on the microwave button...it's not hard people!!
ReplyDeleteOMG...all of these are so annoying. I have a recent one. My boss has taken up "humming"...it's the WORST. It's not even like he's humming a song or anything..it's just random noises!! YUCK!
ReplyDeleteLol. I agree with most of these. I would add putting anything on our bed that has touched the floor of a gym or an airport.
ReplyDeleteHaha the time left on the microwave kills me. And also lets me know my husband was eating nachos late-night when I went to bed #busted
ReplyDeletehahahahahaha all these posts around blogland today is adding to my list!
ReplyDeleteYes and yes to ALL of them!
ReplyDeleteHaha, the microwave one! That is really annoying:) I also can't stand when people call me, I miss the call and call them right back and they don't pick up. Like, within seconds. I always want to ask, "Why'd you call me in the first place???" Ugh.
ReplyDeleteI hate constant lateness!!! I always try to be a couple minutes early; I'd much rather be early than late!
ReplyDeleteYes, yes, yes, yes.. second all of this!! Weird thing is that my personal space is pretty large, so quite some people have, without knowing, had me in high-flight mode before :-)
ReplyDeletethis pretty much covers it all :)
ReplyDeletei'm following you on bloglovin' and twitter. hope you'll look for me too. see you around!
♥
a possible fantasy

ReplyDeleteP.S. I nominated you for a blog award here --> musingsofawanderer.com :)
YES to all of them! I hate gum smackers I will have to leave a room or say something. It drives me to drink.
ReplyDeleteYes to so many of these! I never leave my dishes in the sink if the dishwasher is dirty..wish I could say the same for others!
ReplyDeletehaha. Totally with on about 99% of these. lol. Fabulous post, love. xx

No thank you notes is a BIG one for me...I formed a habit of always sending notes as a kid which has stuck with me as an adult, so I'm always surprised when other people don't send them.
ReplyDeleteUgh, hypocrites. My husband's mother acts like his father is this horrible person who cheated on her. Then she started dating a married man two years ago (and not for the first time)! And she still expects people to think my husband's father was so awful for cheating. I will never understand this logic.
ReplyDeleteI agree with a lot of these but the thank you note one is huge!! I don't get it. It takes such a short amount of time for one card and is fairly inexpensive. So why don't they do it????
