Wedding Wednesday: Couple Portraits

Morning ladies, how's it shaking today?
I hope everyone is in the Christmas Spirit

Can you believe there are only 21 days
until CHRISTMAS?!?

Okay, well now that we have THAT out of the way,
let's get excited about Wedding Wednesday!

Today I'm showcasing our couple portraits.

Our photographer did an AMAZING job
and I LOVE all of the pictures she shot.

Which is the reason for ANOTHER
picture heavy post.

 Love my handsome groom

All of our couple portraits were taking at the
Thomas Jefferson Memorial in Washington D.C.

Originally we wanted take pictures at the Lincoln Memorial
and the National Mall [where we met]
but we didn't have enough time.

Plus our amazing photographer as used this location
a million times and KNEW all the tricks
to get people to move [we can't ask them too]
and the secret places to walk to get amazing pictures.

This is one of the my favorites!

Another favorite :)

Isn't the lighting here incredible?

So happy :)

Of course he had to have a little fun.

And then we got sassy!

Our photographer had this awesome idea of
taking photos while we descended the memorial
and she caught some amazing shots.

I love these two of C helping me walk back to the limo!

While we were taking our pictures the rest of the bridal party was
living it up in the front of the monument.

Our videographer snapped these two gems
and I love em!

This is some random kid who was riding his bike.
Clearly he did not find this amusing at all!

Yesterday's bit of cheer was helping Mama B
with her Christmas decorations.

I put out the vintage Santas while sipping
som delicious hot cocoa!

These pictures are STUNNING. What a beautiful backdrop you have! Makes me miss my wedding already (it's been 2 years!) Planning it was super stressful but so fun and I miss it. Are you in the DC area? I live in MD!

The DC photos are amazing. The pillars just add so much FLAIR and dimension to the photos. I had considered doing DC, but after seeing all of yours, I really want to try and go for it there. SO nice and beautiful!

OH MY! Your wedding photos are stunning. Of course you know that you were a beautiful bride but I can't get over your dress, flowers, the gorgeous blue sky behind you and your hubs.. and then your pink shoes and his socks. Classic! (and all of this coming from someone that doesn't care for pink and is going to elope)
