1] Thank you ladies for the pump up yesterday. I felt like a big whiner, but I wanted to keep it real and honest so thanks for being so awesome. Your comments and talking to my sissys definelty made the excitement factor higher and I can't wait now. It also helps that I get to leave nasty, rainy, cold DC for warm, sunny and 70s Las Vegas. Keep your fingers crossed for us on Saturday if you can :)!

2] I love this 25 Secrets to a lasting marriage article.We can learn so much from people who have been married for decades and I love asking advice when people find out I'm a newlywed. It's funny how often a lot of it is common sense and just being kind to one another. My favorite piece of advice and the piece I hold dear to my heart is this "Never forget why you married your spouse"! < 3

4] Tomorrow marks a HAPPY day for me. Happy because Mama B and Daddy celebrate 33 years of marriage!!!! WOOP WOOP! YAY parents! Thank you for being such an amazing example of a loving marriage, I only pray C and I can have half the amazing marriage y'all share!

5] Friday is also a sad anniversary as it marks the seventh anniversary of a college friend being killed in Iraq. It still hurts, it still sucks and I still cry. Shane was an amazing man and the world is tad less bright without him here on earth. Thank you for everything Shane, we miss you and love you dearly.
