Confession Fridays...IT'S BACK!



1) I may or may not have already failed at #6 on my list about judging. This morning I walked into the office to a rather rude email and instead of normally shaking it off I let the attitude affect me. And maybe said a few mean things in my head or out loud. Get it together Pinky, it's not an 8, don't worry about it.

2) Pandora "Kumbia Kings" aka reggaton is blasting in my cubicle right now to bring back my happy mood. There may or may not have been alil chair booty shaking going on too. Hey, some days you gotta dance!! (Fuego, Fuego, the roof is on FIYAH!!!!!!!)

3) Speaking of dancing, last night there MAY have been a dance party in front of my mirror. With hair tossing and smiling and cheesy faces galore. This COULD be because I just finished CMT's "Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders, Making the Team #6 " and now I want Kelli, Judy and Kitty Carter to notice me. However, after last night's performance, I'm pretty sure they would notice me in the wrong way. Hold up wait a minute, this girl's got rhythm and can bust a move with the best of them, but classically trained?!?!? Yeah no!!!

5) I am doing awesome drinking more water yay! But that also means I'm doing awesome walking down the hall to the lavatory...TMI I'm sorry but...these are my confeeeeeeeeeeeeeeessssions!!!!!

6) Okay, I need some advice/help. I am trying to eat better, healthier and not snack too much on bad food throughout the day. IN NO WAY AM I NOT EATING...come on I can't do that to myself. But this past week I've been getting wicked headaches throughout the day, especially at late afternoon/evening. They feel like tired headaches (but I'm in bed around 10ish and only getting up at 615-630ish to workout), but I know a headache is a sign of needing food. The thing is, I'm not that hungry when I have the headache, because trust me I WOULD EAT. I normally would think I'm not getting enough water, but with #5 we know that's not true. Any suggestion?!?! Maybe this is just my body craving bad fatty foods?!?! They just wicked stink!

7) My right wrist has been bothering me so I changed my two work computer mice to the left handed version...anyone else ever tried this? Yeah it's hard!

8) I have 70 followers and I'm ECSTATIC!!! The fact people read my lil ol blog makes my heart smile and your comments seriously make my day! Keep up the great work on your blogs, I LOVE LOVE reading them!



9) Christmas is still up at my house!!! BOOMM!!!!

OMG. Good work on the water!! :) As for the eating thing... that's been happening to me too! I'm thinking it's our body craving the crap we were giving it?... hopefully they go away though!

I love that you listen to reggaeton....always a dance party in my chair when it comes on! Your body may be doing a slight withdraw from the junk food....hope it gets better soon!

Yay for water!

and I ALWAYS snack between meals. Some of my favorite healthy snacks are: Luna Bars, fruit, veggies & hummus, 80 cal english muffins with my fav. toppings, greek yogut, cottage cheese, cereal, string cheese, smoothies....

Okay, so that was alot haha sorry!

I'm new to your blog and I love it! I have totally found myself "butt-dancing" in my chair at work - and the worst part is I share an office with three people, so I get caught a lot!

As for your eating thing - are you eating a variety of carbs, proteins, fats, etc. each time you eat? Not having a balance of nutrients could definitely cause headaches. I hope they go away for you!

these are awesome confessions! maybe you should try eating small snacks more frequently for the headache thing....try eating every two hours...a granola bar, tuna fish, fruits & veggies....that might help the transition ;)
