Today I Will. . .

 . . . greet the morning with a smile.

. . . keep that smile on my face on my commute to work. #haimfunny

. . . write everything I need to get done on a list and cross everything off.

. . . attempt to not freak out about flying.

. . . write out a meal and workout plan to get myself back on track. #wantmymaybodyback

. . . try not to let worthless people and their opinions get the best of me.

. . . stand up every twenty minutes at work.

. . . not let anything frazzle me unless it's at least an eight.

. . . remember to be grateful for my life and everything and everyone in it.

. . . stretch.

. . . not let dumb drama bother me.

. . .  have an extra glass of wine, just because I can.

. . . embrace adventure instead of sleep.

  14. i hope everything is okay and dumb drama worthless idiots aren't getting to you girl! they suck. i love your plan of getting up every 20 mins, i need to do that. also, i need to get back on eating well and whatnot as well.. she says as she eats a bag of chips.

  15. I try to wake up with a smile every day! And be thankful that God has allowed another one, another day of opportunity. And I'm with you about dumb drama - it's just not worth the effort! I sometimes wonder if I'm still in high school! Hope you have an awesome day!

  24. I'm slowly but surely getting more and more steps in every day. It's TOUGH at a desk job. Stretching is a good idea though, even if I can't take a walk/get away. I desperately need to get back at meal planning to- we've been a mess lately. Any favorite, healthy recipes you can pass my way? :)
