Goodbye...
... family weekend of Thanksgiving.
... first month at work.
... beautiful fall foliage and mild temperatures.
... blog schedule I tried to put in place.
... easy breezy moments.
////////////////////////////////////
... month of Christmas cheer, holly jolly festivities, Advent and Christmas music.
... first Christmas month away from my family.
... Christmas tree decorating, cookie making, Christmas light looking.
... cold, cold, cold.
... transitional holiday season.
... glasses of wine to celebrate in the evenings.
... first overnight call and 2am - 6am shift.
... possible last month without our own place.
... moments of anxiety, feelings of overwhelming holy crap, questioning this job choice.
... being behind on blog posts, comments, television shows and workouts.
... new initial training and Les Mills certification.
Good stuff is coming your way, even if some of it is hard! Hang in there girlfriend!

ReplyDeleteoooh possible last month without your own place?! fun!!!
ReplyDeletefirst christmas away from family.... it was the absolute hardest. i'm sorry. i wish i had better things or something nicer, but it was hell. and i am not even as close with my family as you are. which doesn't help, i know. but trust me, it gets better and easier, and as long as you have your person/people where you are, you'll get there. hugs.
Your muscular tissues don't grow while you're running out. They develop most effective after the exercising - even as you're resting. at some point of this period, it is important that you eat properly and feed your muscular tissues http://musclegainfast.com/muscle-science/
ReplyDeleteSo many changes but I'm sure everything will fall into place. Ouch for the 2am to 6am shift. Wishing you all the holiday cheer in your new city!
