My Weekend in Numbers

8 the number of reps I benched 115 pounds.

7,200 the number of seconds I spent practicing kickball this weekend.

60 the number of minutes we spent watching the Great Pumpkin Charlie Brown.

15 the number of handfuls of m&ms I ate this weekend.

130 the number of minutes I spent napping Saturday and Sunday.

6 the number of bowls of homemade soup I ate.

5 the number of shows we managed to catch up with while eating dinner Saturday.

25 the number of songs I danced to at an 80s concert.

1009 the number of times we were bumped into at the concert.

16 the age I looked dressed up in my 80s gear. [stilldontunderstandblueeyeshadow]

23 the number of years I've known my sweet friend, who's birthday we celebrated Saturday night. She's such an amazing woman and I'm so lucky she's my dear, close friend. We've grown so close, living in the same city and enjoy many a dinner, night out and just a good time whenever we're together. I'm so honored she agreed to be in my wedding and was instrumental with the planning of my bridal shower. Cheers to many more years of friendship, together.

1 the number of women that tried to groped me while dancing at the concert. Yes, I said woman and home girl decided to hug me and tell me to 'it's okay, just go with it' on the dance floor. #whodoesthat?

0100 the hour I got home from celebrating both of my friends.

0700 the hour I had to get up Sunday morning.

1 the number of new cars that joined the family. Congrats, Mama B!

5 the number of rooms that were vacuumed on Sunday.

0 the number of lunches prepped for the week.

How was your weekend, friends?

  20. Homemade soup = everything! Oh and the girl that tried to grope you.. I've had something similar happen. Some redneck man came up to me once and said that "he and his old woman" had a bet going that there was no way I could have a behind that was as nice as my face. {super creepy..} I kept telling him that was weird and I was not going to "give him a little spin" to check it out. He gave up and then his "old woman" came up to me and was like "come on, let me see your behind so I can win this bet or I'll have to wash his truck for a month" I never stood up for them and gave them a show, but man they were weird! What is up with people?!
