Don't Forget.

// Prepping the coffee maker the night before, makes for an easier morning.

// You are in charge of your attitude. Life is hard, but you can face troubles with a smile.

// How you were raised. Be polite, be courteous and be kind.

// Wednesday morning you're up at 430am to help the homeless at your church. Wear a smile!

// People are ridiculous and it's not your job to try and fix them. Walk away and be done with the drama.

// Stretching after a workout is the best thing you can do for your body. Don't be lazy!

// Your car needs an oil change. Do it soon or you'll get a lecture from Le Husband.

// Dancing it out helps...A LOT! Just don't get caught ;)!

// You can't change people's opinions of you, so don't stress about things that don't matter.

// To put the phone down. Enjoy the moments while they happen.

// Your husband loves you very much, despite the fact he forgets to put away his shoes ;)!

// Garbage in = garbage out

// Life is your oyster, so get out there and take it. NOW!

// A glass of wine can make a bad day, better. But, two glasses can make it worse. Don't overindulge.

// The same thing goes for a spoonful of ice cream.

// Yoga every day. #everydamnday

// To call and write your grandparents. They are getting older and you'll miss them when they are gone.

// Thursday you need to check-in for your flight to Dallas. #BOFFisgettingmarried #cantwait

// Stop slouching. Tight core. Shoulders back.

// Point your toes during your ballet leaps. Dancers don't have ugly feet.

// Don't beeep with my love ;)!

  1. These are the best reminders girl!! I'm so bad about stretching after a workout which explains why I'm so sore today LOL!

  2. Yes, yes, yes to all of these. But especially to calling your grandparents. I only have one grandmother left, and I definitely need to make it more of a priority to call her weekly! She won't be around forever, so I need to love on her as much as possible now!

  3. This is so great! Totally agree about calling your grandparents. You will always wish you had called more once they are gone. So funny about the coffee. It takes one minute to do yet I never do it! My boyfriend always hassles me about oil changes. I swear he has an alarm set up to his phone for when that last kilometre rolls over.

  6. Such a great post! Totally agree with the grandparents one - that has been weighing heavily on me lately, that I need to spend as much time with them as I can. Even if they ask me the same 10 questions over and over ;) Loved this all!

  22. Seriously- be polite and be kind. That is something that's been on my mind a lot lately. The cyber "bullying" and just rude comments people make online blows my mind... I just want to be like WHAT WOULD YOUR MOMMA SAY ABOUT THAT MOUTH?! Haha, ok end rant ;)
