Inspiration For Your Day

Morning, Kit Kats! Yes, I'm back after my lil trip. Oh, didn't I tell you? I went to Dallas for the Football National Championship game to watch the Buckeyes beat down on the Ducks. You may have read my BOFF's recap earlier this week and you can bet you'll get one from me tomorrow. But, I was still a bit in the weeds yesterday after our seven hour delay travel day so a recap was not in the cards.

Today I thought I'd share a lil bit of inspiration that I've recently read. I love reading articles that stretch my mind, make me think differently and help me lead a better life. Inspiration is everywhere, we just need to take the time to find it, right?

30 Things to Start Doing for Yourself.  I found this article on Facebook and LOVED it. Pay close attention to #'s 3, 6, 7, 8, 12, 13, 18, 26, 28!!!

45 Life Lessons by a 90 Year Old Woman. Older women are incredibly inspirational. They don't apologize for their bluntness and really can show us younger women how easy it is to be happy. I personally LOVED #'s 4, 14, 19, 27, 39!!!

10 Ways You're Making Your Life Harder Than It Has To Be. Sometimes we innocently sabotage our lives and it takes a wake up call to really get us back to the important. #'s 4, 8 and 9 really stopped me in my tracks and me realize some things I need to change to be happier.

Take a few minutes today and read the articles, ladies. I promise ONE Of them will really speak to you and I'd love to hear your favorite points in the comments!!!

Have a fabulous and inspirational day, pretties!

Oh yeah….#BUCKSOVERDUCKS

  10. Yay! I am so glad you got to go to the game! How fun! I am sure the atmosphere was just amazing. I went to Jerry World for a Baylor game one year and loved it! Ok, so I am super curious about your sports affiliations. Haha! Where are you from originally? I'm like, she lives in DC, but she loves the Buckeyes and the Cowboys. I need to find out about that! Haha. :) Thanks for the inspirational reads, too!

  19. Can't wait to read all about your trip to TX! And the life lessons are fabulous and so true...whether they're from a 45-year-old or 90-year-old. How funny that the age thing is what made it go viral in the first place.

  28. The "10 Ways You're Making Your Life Harder Than It Has To Be" article really spoke to me! I am guilty of a lot of those things, especially getting frustrated when others don't fulfill my un-communicated expectations, which I know is ridiculous. Thank you for sharing this article!!
