picking out pieces for a little fall/thanksgiving decor around the house. #thankskathy

making homemade bread {wheat, gluten free, rosemary} to keep the nasty glyphosates away.

loving the thought of sissyboo Babyspice coming to visit this weekend. we gonna rock this city!

reading lots and lots of personal training blogs, choreography notes and my devotional.

hoping our world can get it together and stop the senseless tragedies.

anticipating the craziness of launch week 10/9 - 10/13. four new programs, one brain, EEEP!

  7. Ooh that's a smart idea on the smoothies - I should do that for my son, because we need all the time we can get before preschool drop off some mornings :)

  10. Ooh, homemade bread sounds so good, especially this time of year! So smart to make your smoothie the night before too--I wonder if that would work with a smoothie bowl too? Probably! Need to try that!
